The Private Landscape Seven Step Service Program for Turfs

  1. Early Spring: Apply fertilizer and pre-emergent weed control. Insect control as needed. Stimulates new growth and color.  Prevents annual grasses from surfacing and controls broadleaf weeds.
  2. Spring: Fertilization and post-emergent weed control. Insect control as needed. Enhances color, prevents annual grasses from surfacing and controls broadleaf weeds.
  3. Early Summer: Fertilization and spot weed control. Insect control as needed. Enhances color and controls broadleaf weeds.
  4. Summer: Fertilization and/or fungicide treatment, spot weed control. Insect control as needed. Maintains health and vigor.  Fungicide as needed to help prevent lawn diseases.
  5. Late Summer: Fertilization and/or fungicide treatment, spot weed control. Insect control as needed. Promotes recovery from fungicide summer stress. Controls lawn diseases as needed.
  6. Fall: Fertilization or soil conditioner, spot weed control. Lime to condition soil. Insect control as needed. Promotes recovery of newly seeded turf.  Develops strong roots.
  7. Late Fall: Fertilization control and pre-emergent. Insect control as needed. Stimulates new growth and spot weed color. Prevents annual grasses from surfacing and controls broadleaf weeds.

  1. Winter: Deep root fertilization. Stimulates growth and color.
  2. Early Spring: Insecticide. Prevents insects from damaging your trees and shrubs. (Disease control as needed)
  3. Spring: Insecticide. Prevents insects from damaging your trees and shrubs. (Disease control as needed)
  4. Summer: Insecticide and Foliage Protection. Prevents insects from damaging your trees and shrubs. (Disease control as needed)
  5. Late Summer: Insecticide and Foliage Protection. Prevents insects from damaging your trees and shrubs. (Disease control as needed)
  6. Fall: Deep root fertilization. Promotes root growth and supplies necessary nutrients to help prepare plants for winter months
  7. Mid Winter: Horticultural Oil. Helps control certain pests during. their overwintering stage before damage occurs. Also protects from winter damage.
